I was wondering- do I have a shot at UVA ED? My stats are: 167/3.36/URM (Mex. Am). Year of work experience, nothing spectacular in the softs department.
Am I wasting my time sending in the ED form? Additionally, what do you think my chances are at Cornell, UT, and Georgetown?

I would say almost certainly no, but it might be worth a try if the rest of your application is solid and you really love UVA (although, if you really love UVA, you should retake). You definitely have a shot at Georgetown and Cornell. I'm dubious about Texas, because they have lots of Hispanic applicants and don't like low GPAs.
