3.7, 171 (retake) - Advice on reach schools?

My LSAT scores are 166 and 171.

I'm planning on applying to Penn on down in the T14, and to Chicago. Are Penn and UofC enough for the reach category? I'm interested in PI--are there other PI programs I should definitely try for?

If app money isn't a problem I'd apply to Columbia and NYU too. 3.7/171 is right on the grey area, so I'd think there's a decent chance of you getting 1 out of CCN.
