I need help deciding where to apply. Ideally I'd like to live/work in DC/NYC, but I'm flexible in the North Atlantic. My GPA and LSAT are not that great, as you can see, but I have 3 years of work experience and public service/volunteering under my belt. My personal statement is about my volunteering experience, and I have a diversity statement. I'm a non-URM and graduated from a T30 liberal arts.

Please suggest some Safety/Target schools for me. Thanks!

DC is probably the most competitive market in the country. NYC is also saturated. It's terrible for people who go to schools you can get in with your numbers. You need to retake or reevaluate your career goals.

Thanks. Unfortunately, I can't retake because I've taken it 5 times already. I have nothing else lined up, and I've been planning for law school for three years now. I really want to do this, and despite what the LSAT suggests, I think I could do the work and succeed in law school.

For NYC, I know a couple ppl that have applied to Syracuse. One specific person had a 157 LSAT got in. Dunno if it's a good idea though to go to that school, but it's totally attainable w/ur scores.
