last cycle i had the same numbers but a 164 as the 2nd score. I was straight up rejected to GW PT (but i also applied in January) and was WL and then Accepted at USC. I would definitely add USC to your list.

In everywhere except GW and UCI. I'd suggest GW PT and George Mason.
