hourumd and lawschoolpredictor seem to indicate that it would be a coin toss. Supposedly Berkeley weighs GPA more heavily than most schools, and that works against me.
top 50 public UG, highest honors, senior thesis, 1 yr WE as paralegal. Thoughts?

It's my understanding that Berkley is hard to predict, but I think, looking at their 25/75, that you have a better than even shot.

I'd say it's impossible to tell with your numbers and really will depend on the strength of your application and personal statement. If they are great/awesome you have a good shot (60%), if not, I don't think you can be confident that you will end up being admitted. The good news is that you have a shot and whether or not you get admitted is within your control at this point to a large extent, something that's not the case with the vast majority of applicants to the school.

Time to hunker down and pound out that personal statement, then. Thanks to both of you for your input!
