Those were my stats. Since they are below both of UVAs medians, getting in without an ED would be practically impossible and I'm not sure whether an ED would give you a good shot. If you really want to go to UVA for whatever reason then ED would be your only chance. Keep in mind though that with those stats lots of people got 15K/year from Michigan regular decision.

You're below both medians at UVA, but your numbers are strong for Michigan.

I would say you have a good shot at Berkeley.

What kind of Hispanic?

And definitely send in apps to all schools you hope to attend. I know your numbers are a little different, but my BFF, a non-URM, got WL, accepted at H with 166/4.0. You never know :)
