Average softs, good LOR's, good personal statement, non URM, straight from undergrad. I also have a few underage drinking citations from my university.

What are my chances for HYSCCNB?

Not much else to say that Rayiner didn't say. Make whatever softs you have absolutely SHINE in your PS/DS if you want a realistic shot at YS. Otherwise, enjoy Harvard or CCN with $$!
