Aim higher. You're a URM with WE and a great LSAT: apply to the T14 (up to and including CCN) at your discretion. ED to UVA is probably unnecessary.

thanks for the encouragement and quick responses! went undergrad UVA, been my dream school ever since and tied down in Charlottesville because of significant other doing phD work at UVA. excuse me while I happy dance!
