Great work experience at law firm (lead paralegal/trial experience)
Solid internships in college
160 LSAT (third try).

I really want to do T-14 or T-30 at least.

retake in June 2011 (4th attempt) or just go with what I have now?

With your current numbers you're most likely out of the T30 (maybe in at UIowa and UIndiana). Try writing the schools for a waiver to take the LSAT a 4th time.

You'll need at least a 168+ for T14 and higher than 160 for T30, e.g.:
Iowa 161, UNC/Wisc 162, Davis 163, UGA/Indiana 164, W&M 165, BU/BC/Fordham 166
