URM 163...NYU?

I'm a URM, latino, PR.

Could I get into Duke or NYU with a 3.51 and a 163 or am I just kidding myself?

Where would I be able to get in?

A few did at NYU, according to LSN.

It's worth an app, but I would make other contingency plans.
