Addendum?

Does anyone have a good template for an addendum? I had just started an internship in a city about 6 hours away from my house and drove back to take the June LSAT, and right after I got done with the test I had to drive back to the city where I interned, should I address this in my addendum? Should I just state that my PT's were averaging 168, which they were, and I just had a bad day (160 on first test)?

I wouldn't mention anything about practice tests, just about traveling for the test.

That's kind of a terrible reason. I wouldn't even bother writing one--it'll just make you look bad. I don't mean to be harsh, but that was just bad planning on your part (at least in the adcomm's eyes).
