Decent softs (work with State Senate, State Board of Election, United State's Congressman), above average PS, and average to above average LoRs.
Reaches(T-14):
UC
NYU
Penn
Virginia
Duke
Cornell
Georgetown
Money:
Vanderbilt
BU
BC
Fordham
Curious at my chances of getting into the "Reach" schools and chance at getting money(lets say 40% or more) at the "Money" schools.
Don't feel obligated to answer for all of them, just any you feel up to (sorry about the long list)

Bumping.
I've looked at LSN and LSP and all that jazz but could still really use some input from something that isn't a computer

I have similar numbers.
I'd say:
CCN - WL-out (maybe NYU WL in), you'll have a better shot with ED
Penn - WL -out
Virginia - in (write a why x)
Michigan if you want - in (write a why x)
Duke - WL - out? Not sure
Cornell - in
Georgetown - in
All complete guesses. I'm guessing you're in everywhere on down (toss up at UCLA).
