I've been a long time lurker. Starting to get my apps out so I would like a realistic estimate of how I will fare.

I'm not going to list every school from 10-25, but I think you have an okay shot at lower T14 (best at Cornell or GTown) and a pretty good shot outside of the T14. I bet you'd get good money at WashU, Illinois, GW....
You'll have options. You'll just need to determine how much you want to pay and where you want to practice.

Is attending a non t14 school pretty stupid in this economy?
Or does it depend on how much $ I get?

I don't think it's stupid at all, especially since you'll be getting good money from very good schools.
When I made this choice last year, I chose a T25 with a huge scholarship over much higher ranked schools with less/no money. I am incredibly happy with my choice and I know that 2 and 3 Ls at my school who made a similar choice are still happy with theirs. There are good reasons to go to T14s, but if there is a T25 that is in a region you'd be happy in and they give you a lot of money, then go there. That's not to say that they're not national schools, but it's best to hedge your bet by going to school in a region you'd be happy in, even if it's as a last resort.

If I could ask, what school did you end up going to and what school did you decline?
Also, how much money do you think I could reasonably expect from some t25 schools?
