DUI and Getting into Law School

I applied to law school this past year and got into a number, including a top ten. However, a few weeks later I also got a DUI and chose not to attend this year in order to straighten my life out. Will I still have the opportunity to go to tier one school or will I be forced to look further down when I reapply?
