took LSAT only once in June, i am a Texas resident and i like to practice in Texas so i was thinking UT-Austin but SMU $$$. It really depends on how much UT-Austin willing to spare me
so any body have any idea? my undergrad : Texas A&M / electrical engineer (not URM)

Hard to tell what SMU would give, but you'll get at least 66K. Texas might actually give you an comparable amount.
Definitely apply to CCN and MVPDNC. I'd try Berkeley just in case.

Should be in at at least one of CCN and everything down other than Berkeley which will probably decline you for your GPA, but who knows.
Texas really should give you a sizable scholarship offer with those numbers too. If you have a Columbia acceptance in hand as well and use it as leverage, you should be able to get a really good package.
