Will be retaking the LSAT in December and hoping for an improvement (obviously). I will have the applications already submitted with an addendum to wait for new LSAT score to minimize delay. I'm three years out of UG and have been working at an immigration law firm for the past 2+ years as a paralegal. Fluent in Spanish, lots of interpreting at work at asylum/LPR interviews, will have two solid employer LORs to replace my mediocre academic LORs.
Applying to: UMN, UW, Cardozo, Brooklyn, CUNY, Colorado, Hamline, St. Thomas (MN), William Mitchell, Albany. What kind of a shot do I have?
Thanks!

It really depends on what you get on your retake. Depending on what you get you could shoot higher than your list.

I certainly don't want to get cocky. UMN in particular is pretty well up there. I undergraded (new word?) at UW, for what it's worth (nothing?).
