graduated may 2010, so can't help my GPA now.
Looking at
USC
Texas (in-state)
Vanderbilt
Wash U
William & Mary
Wake Forest
Houston is my safety
And possibly,
Michigan
Columbia
NYU
Cornell
Penn
(only if I get a 175+ on my LSAT retake)
Based on practice test scores, 175 is a reasonable prediction for my October score.

I don't know....we have very similar numbers, though, so I'm interested to see how your cycle turns out!
What are your softs like?
(race, gender, age, undergrad, work experience, etc.)

None of those softs are really ones that matter and I wouldn't count race as a soft, it's not like it's something you can help.

Re: 3.28/170 (retaking in October)
UT is into GPA, so unless the LSAT goes up, maybe WL. WUSTL is in, they love LSAT. WF can't tell, prob in. USC likes GPA, need higher LSAT. W&M, need a higher LSAT. Vandy, need higher (median for them is 169).
If you get 175, Cornell, in. Michigan, prob in. Should go for UVA and NU too, as well as Gtown, they are more splitter friendly than Michigan. NYU and CLS are real reaches, unless you pull off a 178+. Even then, I'd say you need ED. They care a lot more about having a 3.5 176 than a 3.3 179 or 180 at NYU and CLS
