How much of Law School Admissions is GPA

3.33 GPA bio b.a. vs 3.23 GPA bio b.a. and chem bs

does the second major even matter? Or is it all just GPA

Overall GPA is what they care about. How much they care about it varies from school to school.

Major can have a negligible effect sometimes, but certainly not in the comparison you offer, where neither of the two is a 'soft' science. In almost all instances though, major will have no impact on admissions.
