My top 2 choices are UT Austin and UCLA, but with a definite preference to UT. I fall just barely under the median for GPA and LSAT for both schools. Furthermore, both have early decision process, but UCLA's is binding. I am a TX resident. Applications come out in 2 days, think I should go ahead and do the UCLA ED?
Or just what do you think my chances are at either? I feel like my numbers kindof make me a crapshoot since I fall in between the 25-75 percentile for both metrics. Have good softs, but nothing spectacular.
cheers

Retake. Having 2 submedian numbers will be rough. Though I am not sure if being a TX resident may help you there.

Retake. 2 points extra is achievable and will be golden for you.

I'd apply ED at UCLA and EA at UT if I were you. Either way you go it would be a great achievement getting in. But I'd bet youre gonna be riding the WL at both schools. It does help a bunch applying this early though!

Retake. You'll need a 167-168 for Texas and a 168 for UCLA.
