I can retake the LSAT and do better- I'm PTing between 175+/-2; I haven't scored below 172 since my last retake and I've done about 15 PTs. Last PT was 179.
Should i retake the test in october, or apply ED to MVP? I'm a Texas native, want to work in Texas, so I figure UVA would be a good choice since Texas firms love UVA during OCI. Parents said I have to pay my own way, but I've already bought E&Es. GTM, Delaney, LEEWS, and will sit for patent bar this year.

P is unlikely with a 170. M or V might bite with an ED but its hard to tell. I'd retake if I were you; with a higher score you could probably still ED to V since their deadline is later.
FWIW, Ivy Engineering won't be much of a soft factor unless you went to Cornell.

Retake that LSAT. Come back after. You'll decide where to ED after you get your score.DMXdawg wrote:I can retake the LSAT and do better- I'm PTing between 175+/-2; I haven't scored below 172 since my last retake and I've done about 15 PTs. Last PT was 179.

Retake. With luck on a retake you could hit CCN. Don't submit apps until after your retake because you don't want to get rejected/WL before they get to see your new score.
