Your numbers look great, and as long as you have solid personal statement and letters of recommendation, you will have a good chance anywhere you apply.
Really, it comes down to random luck, though some things can help (like your numbers, etc.).
Seems like you will be fine!

I think outside of YHSC, you have at least a 50% shot at every school you apply to. UChicago + ED = likely admit

Only ED to Chicago if you have your heart set on the school. If you have some good soft factors your numbers are good Stanford because they'll love your GPA. If your softs are average then ED'ing to Chicago is probably your best bet.
