There is a sentiment that Penn and Duke like higher GPA's. I think that's why OP put it that way.

I think the list looks more or less correct. Regardless, you should blanket the T14 and let the chips fall where they may.

OP, list looks good, but I would be surprised if UT offered much money. Most of there money seems to stay instate.

Even with in-state tuition would you be willing to attend UF? If not, I wouldn't even bother. You are certainly going to get into stronger schools.
