Application Fee Waivers

I was just wondering if you could read anything into the law schools that give you app. fee waivers and other unsolicited emails regarding your handed there. I got a fee waiver from William and Mary which wasn't too crazy, since my gpa and LSAT are in thee median ranges, but today I got an invitation to an info session at Columbia. Columbia is higher than I was looking, since my LSAT is not in the 170s. Does anyone know how these emails happen?

I would highly suggest learning to use the search feature. This has been covered tons of times.
