I have a 3.76 at NYU double-majoring in Physics and French and got a 164 (practice tests a lot better, but not planning on a re-take right now). Where do I have a decent shot? I know it's a bit high, but Duke would be my dream and I would apply there early decision -- would that help?

Duke is out, along with the rest of the T-14. Here's a list of people who had similar numbers, and where they applied and got in.

Retake will be common advice you'll hear, I suggest you do so.
