JR1 chances

I know the first group is usually emailed in late october?

what are my chances of a jr1 with a 171, 3.87 from t20 UG early on?

or are the first interviews purely 174+ apps

Unless you have great softs, not likely.

Expect a bit of a wait if you do get one. FWIW, not all people who receive early JR1s are accepted.

interviews in the beginning aren't limited to only 174+ apps, but usually are for stronger candidates. 171, 3.87 aren't the strongest numbers for HLS, although the chance is still there.
