Post by derekdude » Thu Jul 15, 2010 6:40 am

3.57 from the university of chicago,
retaking LSAT, PT average was 173, although i know there's no excuse for my low score...
now i'm hoping to get a 170 in october

any chances of getting into a top 10 school at all?

Not likely with your current stats, unless you are an URM. Study hard and do well on the retake, and you could have a good chance at some schools. If you hit 170 you have a decent shot at some T10 schools, albeit on the lower end of the T10. Hit 173 and you would very likely be accepted to multiple T10's.

Good luck.

No shot. I see [insert shitty law school here] in your future. Go do something else. The jobs are not there either.
