Undergrad was HYP - have been out of school for two years with some decent but not outstanding softs. Will submit apps early. LSAT retake not possible (long story...)
Looking to go to a school in a big city, so I'm interested in Penn, NYU, UChicago, Columbia... but looking at LSN not too many people with my stats get a significant amount of money (if they even get in at all).
What other schools in the T30 should I be looking at if I want to get a decent amount of scholarship money? Cardozo?

You won't get CCN with those numbers, so you should look at Penn, Northwestern, and Georgetown. If you want significant scholarship money, consider T30s like Fordham, BU, BC, and GW.

You can have your own debate about prestige vs. debt, but I (personally) would not go outside the T-14 with your numbers, even for a lot of money. Just with the jobs forecast/economy being what it is right now...
I think you have a shot at NYU if you ED. I know you care about money, but something to think about.
My other guesses:
Penn, Mich, UVa- no money, or very little
Duke Georgetown, Northwestern, Cornell- a small but helpful amount of money
If you're really after money, I would pick the top regional school wherever you want to practice. Depending on where that is, it could be USC, UCLA, Vandy, UT Austin, WUSTL, etc.

FWIW, I applied with almost identical numbers (3.64/170) and got money from the following places:
Mich: $30k
Penn: $42k
Duke: $54k
Mich: $30k
Penn: $42k

I think an HYP undergrad might help you get in Berkley if you apply early, but that is probably your ceiling as far as the US News rankings go.
It would be useful for you to apply early to the bottom half of the t14 and then leverage your offers to get as good of a scolarship as possible. I think You are pretty much a lock for MVP and will probably do better scholly wise than the typical candidate with your numbers because of your educational background.
The most important thing you can do is apply early, you have great numbers and what seems like an excellent resume, so you have the chance to do very well for yourself LS wise.
