You're not a URM as defined in the terms of law school admissions, though you will probably get a slight boost from being Hispanic.

So a URM is only AA/PR/MEX?

No one on this forum really knows the boost non-PR/Mexicans get, but the TLS-standard blanket denial of any boost is probably wrong - at least based on my experience the last 3 years of watching cycles here. The real answer is "it depends" - on where you are applying (and their policies), on how closely you identify with the Hispanic culture you're connected to, and on which one it is. For example, Argentineans don't seem to receive much help, but if you are the child of Guatemalan immigrants who grew up in poverty and are working on immigrant rights issues, you'll probably see a much larger boost. I would apply to many schools, and make sure next year you report back and help answer questions like this with your own experience. :)
