waiting till december to send transcript Forum

I have a 3.5 right now and am wondering if it would be more beneficial to send in my application as early as possible or wait until december when i get my fall grades in. I think i can boost up my gpa to around a 3.56 or 3.57 during the fall semester. I got a 166 on my LSAT first time around (June 2010) and am taking it again (October 2010). My PT average was around a 172, I just got very nervous during the exam. Hoping I can score somewhere in that range next time around. Assuming i can score a 169+ do you think it would be smart to wait and apply to these schools in December as oppose to right after I get my new score.

I'd take the earlier apps (especially ED) over an extra .007 in GPA. You can always send in updated transcripts (and use this as an excuse to send a LOCI to schools you haven't heard from).
