I think you are pretty golden at the lower end of that list and stand a decent chance at the rest. Make sure your PS, DS and LORs are the shit.

How is Stanford easier to get into than Harvard. Always thought it was the other way around?

I think because Harvard gives more weight to the LSAT, so 168 is probably out considering your GPA. Also, I don't think Berkley is necessarily a lock. They have a weird admissions criteria and my understanding is they prefer people with higher GPA than yours and unique softs. Good luck on MVP etc. though!
