3.93, 160 - What are my chances?

I would like to stay in the western region. These are the schools that I am looking at:

Arizona
Arizona State
Colorado
Utah
Santa Clara
Oregon
Houston

Any chance of $ at any of these schools? I am from Utah btw and am interested in IP law. Any advice would be appreciated...

I had a 4.0/161 and applied to Arizona and Santa Clara two years ago. WL at Arizona and something small (maybe $10k/yr) at SC. SC is expensive as hell btw. Best of luck!
