Hi all,
Stats are 3.12/172, with 3 years WE, two in the legal industry. Low GPA comes primarily from a single unfortunate incident beyond my control on a key midterm date while at a community college that resulted in two Fs (I realize that this doesn't help for median control, but my point is there is an addendum for the GPA).
I have a legacy connection to UVA and am considering relocating there for a year to obtain residency. Am I wasting an ED on UVA under these circumstances, or is this worth a shot?
Thanks in advance.

You would have likely been in this past cycle. Considering they wound up overenrolled for c/o 2013, I wouldn't take for granted that this cycle will be the same as the last one. That said, I think your chances would be really good.

Haha thanks, and big ups on the great screen name/'tar. Anyone else? I haven't heard of UVA having a hard GPA cutoff above 3.0, does anyone know different?
