your upward trend and softs help, but only marginally, an addendum is a must explaining what happened.

Why include the lower T14 but not Cornell?

I've heard, and experienced, just the opposite.
I applied at the deadline this year for the T14 (minus Boalt and Y,S) , and got a few WL, and the only school to accept me right off the bat was Cornell. It's definitely worth applying.
Me = 171 LSAT , with a 3.29 that became a 3.32 when I sent in updated transcripts while under review.
