hey guys, id really appreciate some help please

Im a student from South Africa. Attended the top social science University in Africa, WITS.
Upward trend every year for my 4 yr degree.
final year passed with Distinction (A average) and other years very high B's. GPA wld be approx 3.55-3.65
I am from a Minority group (dad half white half black and mom indian.
Lsat 162
have 2 years work experience @ a law firm (currently there) and 1 year research work @ University for my Profs

please help me decide where i should apply... looking for the best school possible... nice weather would be preferable bcs I am used to the Sunny warm climate in South Africa.

are UCLA, Northwestern, Upenn, cornell possible?
