Success on Transfer to Rutgers (camden/newark/seton hall)

Hi,

I just completed my 1l year at a tier 4. Our curve was a 2.3-2.7. First semester I got a 3.26 (ranking top 16% percent.) Spring semester I got a 3.2 -rank hasn't come out. Overall gpa 3.23 (note i was on deans list fall semester). I applied for transfer to Rutgers Camden/newark and Seton Hall. What is the chances I will be accepted?
