4.0/164 June Retake In 4 days

Hi all,

Retaking the LSAT on June 7, and currently PT'ing around 167/168. Dream is to go to UVA, but money at another t-14 might change my mind. I want to do public interest work ITE (hopefully in DC). In your opinion, if I get a 167/168, should I go ahead and ED at UVA, or should I RD at a number of places and take my chances?

Well, if you score a 167/168 you will have a shot at UVA but it definitely isn't a sure thing. I would still ED. If you want to do PI in DC, I would consider GULC or even GWU, which I have heard has a stellar reputation in the public sector. GWU you should be a lock w/ money, and your chances at GULC should be pretty solid as well.

get a 176 and go to HYS. problem solved.
