GPA: LSAC 3.47 (3.59) (I did fail one class and got a D in another..both soph. year; hopefully that wont hurt me )
LSAT: Practice exams ranging from 169-174
Great Softs: tons of organizations afiliated with, volunteer work, 1 year of full time work, former D-1 Football player

URM
Want to practice in Southern Cali, graduating law school with the least amount of debt is the goal, big law is my target
Applying to UCLA,USC,Pepperdine, Loyola, USD, UCI, Chapman, Northwestern, GT, George Wash, Miami, Arizona State, U of Arizona, University of Washington Law. a few more t-14s maybe.

What do you guys think?

It all depends on that LSAT.

I had a 3.45 with a couple of failed classes and a few Ds. It is possible to still land a nice school even with some bad marks. URM helps too!

If the LSAT is around where I have been getting on the practice exams, do you think those two grades would affect their decisions?

Excluding the t14, if you truly are a URM, I'd think a 165 would guaranty admission into all of those schools - and a 160 into most.

A 170+ would probably get you into almost every school that doesn't require an oracle and a spool of goat intestine to accurately predict.

Not really. I mean they will look at your entire GPA and those grades will be part of it. Since you have a 3.47, I am assuming there is pretty strong upward grade trend.

Study hard for the LSAT, get a 170+, and cut out all the schools after USC and blanket the T-14.
