I was class valedictorian w/ a 172 - do I have a good chance at T14 schools?

Chance, yes.

The smart play would be to throw some apps to your favorite schools in the 15-20 range and maybe a couple more T14 schools that you wouldn't mind attending.

It looks like you haven't taken the LSAT yet, given that you've changed your score from 167 to 172. True?

Those five points will make a huge difference in OP's chances. If 167 is right, study your butt off and retake.
