I had the same GPA as you.
Since you haven't taken the LSAT yet, my advice is to make sure you're testing in the higher 170s before June. When I first took the LSAT, I was testing around 173 and scored a 171. When I retook, I was tested around a 177 and scored a 175.
If I hadn't retaken based on law school numbers, I was on the borderline for Columbia ED. Check out the following link for the list of people with our GPAs ED at Columbia:

In short, every point counts in the low to mid 170s for Columbia so we can't tell you unless we have an actual score.

I have kind of the reverse of your situation... 169 and 4.03. Thinking of applying ED to either Columbia or NYU, but based on LSN, it looks like Columbia won't be happening for me unfortunately... with an LSAT score where you're scoring (174+), you should be in good shape though.
