161 3.52

Post by charlesxavier » Fri Mar 12, 2010 7:14 pm

For next cycle: I took the LSAT in February and received a 161. It was about 5-6 points lower than my PT average, so I assume that I can score higher, I just don't know if I feel up to trying again. While it would have been nice to score a few points higher I am completely satisfied with a 161. Ultimately, I would have really only taken the LSAT to up my chances for $.

161 and a 3.52 LSDAS GPA

Top Choices:
Cincinnati (ties to the area and the Graduate Metro Rate is pretty nice)
Houston (Out of State, but Texas is one of the few states in the South that I would enjoy spending my life in)
SMU Part Time

did you apply already or are you waiting until the next cycle? At least some of those schools' deadlines have passed.

I don't know a lot about those schools, but I think you stand a good chance at each of them, although since you are applying next cycle you could always consider a retake to give you more options for different schools and scholarship money. You have time to think about it, though (unless you want to take the June LSAT--then you should signup now :)).
