2.9 162 non-URM - this year and next
Assume I have average softs. I already have my applications sent out to a few TTT but then my February LSAT came back much higher than my previous 2 scores and I am left scrambling to find a school in my new range. I know I am at a disadvantage applying this late in the game and I know I would be better off waiting until next cycle, but what are my chances this year at these schools?
IU- Indy
Penn State
Miami
LSU
I think I am in good shape at IU-Indy, not too sure about the others.
For next year, what are my chances at these schools if I apply ED?
Florida
Florida State
UK
Tennessee
Penn State
Pitt
I think I might have a shot at the last 2 if I apply ED; would it even be worth the risk to use my only ED on any of the other 4?

I wouldn't say you're a lock at any of these schools. However, your chances are pretty good.
IU- Indy (Pretty good)
Penn State (50/50)
Miami (50/50)
LSU (50/50)
Florida
Florida State
UK
Tennessee
Penn State
Pitt
I personally don't think you're going to get UK whether you ED or not.. Florida could be possibly with early. You might be able to get in the other 4 RD.

Bump. Here is another question:
What are the chances that I get into any of the following schools applying in the next cycle- Tennessee, UF, FSU, UK
Are my chances good enough to be worth sitting out another year rather than going to IU-Indy this year?

I have similar numbs (lil higher GPA and a 161) and applied to some of the same schools in late December. I got held at FSU, WL at Penn St, accepted at Miami, accepted at LSU $, havent heard back from UF (expecting deny), and haven't heard from Pitt.

How much money did you get from LSU? Their tuition is pretty reasonable for out of state and I hear good things about the campus.

I got into Miami with a 2.98/159. Granted, I had a major upward grade trend but don't believe the naysayers on this board. I think with a good personal statement your in there with a 162
