Retake the LSAT. You've got two more tries (June and October) to get a better score.

gw's the only school on that list where you have a reasonable chance, but even thats a long shot. Retake.

you are ding at all of those but GW and GULC, where you will be WL if you do PT... and then you will have to try to ride out the WL, like I am doing right now and let me tell you... it is hell. retake.
