3.38/167 not URM
what are my chances? I'm basically blanketing 15-30 and just 3 schools or so below that although I applied to Cornell, UVA, and GTOWN in the T-14, cause i like throwing away money.

Depends on where you applied. I'm in a similar boat.
From what I have gathered on LSN, LSP, word of mouth, etc, your probably out at UVA and Gtown (maybe waitlist at gtown) and you have a shot at cornell.

like i said just about everywhere from 15-30 with few exceptions, and everywhere below, i should be able to pull off.. i think.
I have a pretty good diversity statement, and i've been out of school for 3 years now, but beyond that nothing extraordinary. I've had to work on average 25 hours/week throughout college, and i'm from a top 20 UG. I've never made honors even with a gpa as high as a 3.85, cause apparently my school's so anal about giving out honors and dean's list that the cutoff point was a 3.87 for the top 20%.
