My guess....
Penn-WL...then dinged
Virginia-WL...then dinged
Duke-WL..then in
Cornell-WL..then in
Georgetown-WL then dinged
UCLA-WL then in
USC-In
Vandy-WL then in
But take this all with a grain of salt...for I am no expert.

Is Cuban really not considered a URM? I thought all Hispanics were URMs but they just received different levels of the URM boost?

Cubans are indeed not considered URMs by LSAC. Whether or not a school gives them a boost to improve minority and diversity numbers varies by school.
