My initial reaction is that you're of the T14 (I'm cynical when it comes to these things.), but since you're a URM (female hardly matters now, if at all) I'll venture that you've got a shot at the lower T14. GULC, Cornell, and Northwestern because of the work experience should be in. Possibly UVA or Duke EA.happy0313 wrote:Softs: masters at oxbridge

what kind of URM? AA get a much more siginificant boost than others.
