My LOR have not been processed yet. I hope to get my applications in by the end of the week and I am so nervous. How much will my applications being so late hurt me?
Also, my gpa is so low because I had a REALLY bad freshman year but I transferred schools and my GPA at my degree granting institution is 3.89. I'm applying to schools in the mid-low tier 1.

Probably will be fine. Historically, URM's have applied later in the cycle. Just get your stuff in yesterday.
