Thanks for the response. I'll consider adding a few. However, I'm pretty sold on the Southeast or Mid-Atlantic regions. I tossed Cornell in because... well, why not.

To those who have similar numbers... where are you applying? Just curious to see how far other people see these numbers going.

I have a 166 and 3.12 GPA (technically a 3.29 from Berkeley, and I'm not entirely sure why it's calculated so much lower by LSAC) and I have my heart set on Michigan...is this a complete and utter pipe dream?

Other schools:
-Emory
-Tulane
-American
-GW
-Notre Dame
-UIC
-Northwestern
-Michigan State (accepted w/ 50% scholarship)
-Indiana Bloomington

I had slightly worse than your GPA and the same LSAT. I was out at Cornell and Vandy, in at WUSTL, WL/in at GW, in at George Mason and didn't apply to the others on your list. BUT I am also somewhat of an exceptional writer, so I strongly suspect my results are slightly better than those of most people.

I have 3.38/163. Do you think I can apply to the same universities as mentioned above. I have got all the material prepared, I just need to apply but I am not sure which law schools may be willing to grant financial assistance to international students.

I am thinking about

Washington and Lee
Alabama
William and Mary
Notre Dame University

for now. I can apply to a few others, if somebody can throw out a few other names.

I'm also applying with a 3.26 and a 167. I have been out of school for a few years working as a Landman for an oil company out in West Texas (I also grew up in Trinidad and Tobago if that counts for anything). My list is pretty similar. Any chance at Northwestern or UT?

Northwestern
UT
SMU
Houston
Alabama
Florida
Georgia
Wake Forest
UNC

Nope plain vanilla. It just gives me a diversity statement as I lived there 10 years and played on a few National teams.
