3.48/160 Chances at Tulane and others?

I know my personal statement will be a huge factor, and I've already checked out the admissions predictors, but I would love some of your opinions.

Tulane is my first choice.

The others are...
American
Denver
Arizona State
Drake
Temple
Penn State
Suffolk
Loyola Chicago
Charleston
Baltimore
Seaton Hall

Any opinions?

Tulane is my first choice. --out. neither stat above median--but then again if your personal statement is really that amazing, anything is possible.
