Was your SAT also low? If you include that and juxtapose it with your awesome college performance, it may convince an adcomm that your history of standardized testing will not be an accurate predictor of your performance. However, the score will still lock you out of the very top schools and you may want to consider retaking.

No matter what you say OP, and I would agree with them, it's going to hurt all of our feelings if you don't retake the LSAT.
URM with near perfect GPA? What would inspire you to focus all of your energies into LSAT prep? If you made that spectacular jump in score in June or October, you could wind up at a top school. Why not go for it?

If you got your score even up to 160 - you'd be a virtual lock. 117 out of 134 accepted last year.

I know some HLS students right now that have gotten a 3.9+/162 URM's, of course, that have ended up in harvard. If you can get at least a 159-160 you have a strong shot at Columbia depending on your URM status. You really are half way to a top6 law school though. Put in the work and retake the test, it's DO-ABLE.
