2) what kind of job im currently in, and how it relates to my JD aspirations.
3) what facet within business law i plan to pursue
4) my financial situation
5) my regional ties/ post graduate career prospects.

You know, you might not want to be a dick to people who are actively trying to help you. You situation, is not that good. If you have money to kill, then you'd prob get a school in the 20-30 range, go and enjoy that.
